The cone crusher is also called cone crusher, cone machine, cone crusher, the structure is mainly composed of frame, horizontal shaft, moving cone, balance wheel, eccentric sleeve, upper crushing wall (fixed cone), lower crushing wall (moving cone), hydraulic coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic system, control system and other parts. During the working process, the eccentric sleeve is driven by the transmission device, and the moving cone is forced by the eccentric sleeve to do rotational oscillation. The wear of the parallel zone of the crushing chamber is more serious and the larger wear of the fixed cone is at the entrance of the parallel zone, and the larger wear of the dynamic cone liner is at the upper side of the discharge port. The entire parallel zone wears more than the upper chamber. After the crushing cavity is worn, the cavity shape of the crusher changes greatly and loses its original shape completely, which seriously affects the crushing effect of the crusher.
The crushing wall is fixed to the cone body by the cone head, and a zinc alloy is cast between the two.
The crushing wall and mortar wall are the parts that directly contact the material and are the main wear parts in the cone crusher. When the cone crusher is in operation, the crushing wall will do the trajectory movement, and the distance between the crushing wall and the mortar wall is sometimes close and sometimes far away, the material is crushed by the crushing wall and the mortar wall, and some materials will be discharged from the outside discharge port. The wall can be replaced on site by screwing down the adjusting sleeve installed on the upper frame (note the counterclockwise direction), removing the upper chamber hopper assembly, lifting the adjusting sleeve with lifting equipment, removing the adjusting sleeve pallet bolt, then the wall can be removed and replaced, the assembly should be washed on the outer surface, the adjusting sleeve thread surface is greased and fixed in reverse order.
Under normal operating conditions of the crusher, the main shaft and cone bushing have obvious wear marks at the top of the cone bushing down to a height of about 400mm. If the main shaft and cone bushing are worn heavily in the lower part and lightly in the upper part, there will be a mild instability of the cone and the crusher will not operate normally. If there is partial contact between the main shaft and the cone bushing at the lower end, the cone bushing will be cracked and damaged.
The thrust disk wears more seriously along the outer circle, and wears faster than the inner circle because of the large linear speed of the outer circle. And because of the skew of the eccentric bushing and aggravate its outer ring wear. When the crusher is running, the large bevel gear with a straight bushing gap for the general radius around the crusher to make circular motion, which will make the gear in the process of additional shock vibration and additional wear, shortening the gear life.
The wear of the spherical tile is a gradual process from the outer ring to the inner ring. The use of late, may make the dynamic cone destabilization, the main shaft stuck in the cone bushing lower mouth, resulting in the cone bushing lower mouth crack and damage, and even produce “flying car” phenomenon, spherical tile damage, in addition to normal wear is to produce cracks.
The wear of the eccentric bushing is shown in the direction of the height of the eccentric bushing, the upper part of which is heavily worn and the lower part is slightly worn. The degree of upper wear also decreases from top to bottom. During the operation of the cone crusher, the straight bushing often moves upwards and cracks are produced in the straight bushing. When the straight bushing moves upward, it is more likely to cause cracks, but when the straight bushing cracks, the debris produced will cut the surface of the center hole of the frame and make it out of round; the cracked debris will damage the eccentric bushing especially seriously, which will deteriorate the working condition of the whole machine and even cause serious accidents.
Cone crusher sleeve sleeve wear will seriously affect the production, sleeve wear to a certain extent to be replaced in a timely manner, the replacement of the sleeve is also to certain skills, in the removal of the sleeve, preferred to isolate the cutting ring of the sleeve to prevent damage to the main shaft, after the iron bar counterclockwise rotation can easily remove the sleeve.
Taper bush should be regularly checked and replaced in time, according to the hardness of the material processing and the daily working hours, to determine the replacement cycle. To prevent the bushing from rotating when replacing it, zinc alloy should be added inside, and no gap should be left between the cone bushing and the eccentric shaft of the cone crusher.
