Transportation and stacking

Installation of steel members  

A. Check the specification, positioning size, elevation and exposed length of the pre-buried bolts, and check the age of the concrete of the pre-buried parts. Check and verify the consistency between the numbering of the components on site and the design against the drawings to prevent mis-installation.  

B. Survey the operation site, determine the crane walking route, and formulate the lifting implementation plan.  

C. When installing high-strength bolts, the bolts should be free to penetrate into the holes, not to expand the holes at will, and high-strength bolts cannot be used instead of temporary bolts.  

D. Select 16T wheeled crane as lifting machinery.  

E. The steel column is lifted by one point or two points, temporarily fixed after in place, and finally fixed after correction.  

F. Steel beam adopts two-point lifting method, the lifting point should be determined in advance before lifting and test lifting should be carried out to guarantee its stability. The steel beam is temporarily fixed after lifting, and finally fixed after installation of horizontal support and after review of verticality.

G. After the installation of the whole frame, the installed frame should be checked again to confirm the correctness of the installation of all components, whether the connections Whether all have been fastened, and whether the overall curvature is within the deviation specified in the specification.
